Caccavale Reneges On Bankers Trust Decides To Remain At JP Morgan N.Y.

John Caccavale, who was slated to join Bankers Trust in New York at the end of May as co-head of FX, has reconsidered the move and decided to stay at his home of the past 14 years, JP Morgan, officials at both banks confirm (FXW, May 22). BT has since named David Sandolvsky sole head of the operation.
