Citi Names Wong Head Of New Global Emerging Markets Unit

SINGAPORE--Citibank has named YS Wong to a new position as global head of emerging markets sales and trading, based in New York.
Wong is currently Citi's regional head of Financial Markets, Asia-Pacific, based in Singapore.
In his new position, Wong will be responsible for roughly 900 sales and trading dealers in emerging markets foreign exchange, derivatives, local securities, funding and gapping, in the regional centres and in 75 emerging countries across the three primary regions: Asia-Pacific
