Barclays Capital Restructures In Far East, Splitting Asian And Japanese FX Activities

Barclays Capital Group (BCG) has undergone a slight restructuring of its Far Eastern operations, splitting the Asian and Japanese businesses, says global head of FX Paul Thrush. The reorganization follows the departure of two senior executives: Lee Mon Sun, managing director and head of FX for Asia-Pacific, and Gilbert Ee, director in charge of Asian emerging markets.

Rather than naming replacements, Thrush says the bank has changed the regional reporting lines. Ivan Ferraroni and Fred Belak
