Bankers Trust Hires Caccavale To Co-Manage New York FX

Bankers Trust (BT) has hired John Caccavale as vice president, co-managing its New York foreign currency trading operation with David Sandelovsky, confirms a BT spokesman. The departure of FX manager David O'Reilly to Crédit Suisse earlier this month contributed to the recent moves, says the spokesman (FXW, May 15).
Caccavale, a 14-year veteran of JP Morgan, starts at the end of the month, when he will take over the trading end from Craig Russell, who is managing the FX group during the interim
