Atriax Announces Buy-Side Costs

LONDON -- Buy-side users will be able to connect to FX portal Atriax for free over the public internet, the firm said last week. But private network connections, for "guaranteed performance", will cost up to $3,200 dollars a month for each trading centre.
Users in Asia will pay this amount for bandwidth of 128kb -- while users in the US will pay less than a third of that price.
"Local pricing for direct lines varies considerably across the globe," said a statement released by the portal last
