Fed Revises FX Survey Report After Electronic Broking Glitch

The Federal Reserve has issued a revised version of its results for the recent central bank survey of the foreign exchange market, officials confirm, after a broker and an electronic broker reportedly pointed out errors in the Fed's computation of automated broker transaction volume in the U.S.
