Finex Launches Currency Options On Four Majors To Boost Range

Finex started trading options on its four US dollar-based major currency futures contracts on Friday, officials say. The move is designed to build the range of currency products on offer at the exchange's New York and Dublin trading floors.

The launch comes at a time when currency options volumes have been less than stellar on the major exchanges in Chicago, Philadelphia and Paris (which just launched currency options two years ago).
