Reuters And EBS Announce Milestones In Daily Electronic FX Matching Volume

Reuters and the EBS Partnership both announced volume milestones on their computerised foreign exchange matching services last week: daily trades on Reuters' two-year-old Dealing 2000-2 reached 5,000 on three consecutive days for the week of April 18 to 22, according to chief executive Peter Job, while average daily volume on the rival Electronic Broking Service (EBS) broke through the 2,000 mark during the same week.
