Finex Expands Currency Range Amidst Record Volume Growth

Finex, the financial futures and options exchange and a division of the New York Cotton Exchange, reached record growth in its currency complex during 1996, and now officials say they plan to add 10 new contracts to its existing product range.

Officials also say they are looking into the feasibility of setting up a trading floor in the Asia-Pacific region, although it is too early in the game to give many details, they say.

According to a recent report in the Indonesian newspaper Risnis
