Mission Impossible at GNI

Dealers at GNI in London had a lucky escape at the end of last month, when rioters involved in a "Carnival Against Capitalism" tried to break into their offices at Liffe. Forced to evacuate the trading room by police and security guards, they bundled out in to the street wielding a collection of ten GSM phones and three laptop computers, to allow them to continue dealing via the internet. "We were literally dealing on the street," says associate director Steven Pryor.
