Retail clients gain better or equal prices than on interbank and futures platforms more than 90% of the time

Race for speed: in institutional markets this creates smaller trade sizes and wider spreads

Retail clients benefit from equal or better pricing on FXCM than they would get on futures or institutional platforms more than 90% of the time, as liquidity providers are prohibited from being price-takers – enabling them to quote better prices than venues where the threat of high-frequency traders forces them to widen spreads.

The retail broker's research, entitled the Quality of Execution Study, showed FXCM clients gain equal or better prices than those on futures markets 90.83% of the time
