NFA bans One World Capital

CHICAGO - The National Futures Association (NFA) opened the year taking tough action against retail foreign exchange fraudsters, permanently banning former member One World Capital Group and its principal, John Walsh, from membership.

The January 5 action against the Winnetka-based futures broker was based on a complaint filed in September last year, which found the broker and Walsh failed to co-operate with an NFA investigation. The industry body said One World provided false and misleading
