CFTC, SEC uncover 20m fraud

WASHINGTON, DC - A Texas district court has frozen the assets of a university professor of finance and his lawyer partner for orchestrating a $20 million fraudulent foreign exchange scheme, following simultaneous court filings by two US regulators.
