NFA bans retail FX broker after failed cover-up

Scott Kuehne, director and president of WTF, began trading FX in June 2006 despite not listing with the NFA as a principal. Kuehne's confidant David Moore registered with the NFA as principal and president. Kuehne later told the NFA he did not believe he would have been able to get registered due to his past.

The NFA discovered the fraud on an audit visit to the company's registered address in Deerfield Beach, Florida, also the home address of Kuehne and Moore.

The NFA also found that WTF issued
