More action on FX fraudsters by CFTC

WASHINGTON -- US regulator the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) continued its war on fraudulent retail FX operations with several new actions last month.

"This continues to be a priority and we are looking at a number of firms," Dan Nathan, deputy director of enforcement at the CFTC in Washington told FX Week. "At some point we hope there will be fewer of these firms, but you can expect actions to continue."

The CFTC announced the filing of federal lawsuits against World Banks Foreign
