HSBC hires Deutsche vet as head of cash trading

Johnson will join on August 9 as a member of the bank's global foreign exchange committee, reporting locally to Frederic Boillereau, global head of forex and metals. He joins from Johnson Stewart Partners, a specialist FX trading house for institutional investors, where he was the managing partner and chief investment officer.

Previously, Johnson worked at Deutsche Bank in a variety of roles, including global head of FX trading risk and global head of FX forwards and short-term interest rate
