Allington moves to StanChart

LONDON – Chris Allington has quit Goldman Sachs this week to join Standard Chartered, according to market sources.

Allington will take up a senior foreign exchange risk management role at Standard Chartered in London, responsible for all FX risk outside the Asian time zone. Additionally, he will be responsible for the bank's global G-10 spot FX business. He will report to Richard Leighton, global head of foreign exchange and head of fixed-income trading for Europe, also based in London.
