Further fines for fraudsters

In the latest in a string of frauds uncovered by the CFTC, Melvin and Larry Webman, and Lyle Wexler, their broker, were found to have fraudulently solicited clients to purchase FX options.
The defendants and their two companies, International Forex Advisory Group (IFA) and Worldwide Currencies Corp (WCC), were alleged to have used misleading statements and misrepresented to clients and customers the profit and potential of such contracts.
