Atriax backers pull out

LONDON -- Forex trading portal Atriax will stop trading this Thursday (April 11), following the collapse of its merger discussions with rival portal FXall.

Atriax shareholders Citigroup, JP Morgan Chase, Deutsche Bank and trading technology and information firm Reuters, ordered the closure late last Friday, following the breakdown of merger talks which would have brought together the two rival bank-owned FX trading consortia.
